Can I return an item? +
Yes, you have 7 days from delivery to return an item in its original condition with its packaging. Made-to-measure pieces cannot be returned.
How do I choose the right size? +
Check the size guide available on every product page, or use our AI size assistant. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for personalised advice.
Do you offer made-to-measure pieces? +
Yes, we make caftans and takchitas to measure. Contact us on WhatsApp +212611937371 with your measurements and the model you would like.
Are your products authentic and handmade? +
Every Smaqi piece is handmade in Fès by our artisans. We use fine fabrics and take care of every detail.
How do I track my order? +
After confirmation you receive an order reference. Track its progress via the "Track my order" link at the bottom of the page.
How do I care for a caftan or takchita? +
We recommend dry cleaning only, to preserve the quality of the fabrics and embroidery. Avoid ironing directly over the gold ornaments.
